What is cellulite?
Cellulite is a term that describes lumpy or dimpled flesh. Most of the time it can be found around the thighs and buttocks, but it can be also found on the breasts, lower abdomen and upper arms as well.
Why does cellulite appear in women?
For the most part it is much more common in woman than in men. In fact, most woman develop some cellulite after puberty. This is particularity so because women's fat is is for the most part distributed in the thighs, hips and buttocks. It is also a common problem with ageing skin, as the skin ages and looses more of it's elasticity the fat cells under the skin become more visible.
The condition is caused by fibrous connective cords that tether the skin to the underlying muscle, with the fat lying between. As the fat cells grow, they push up against the skin, while the long, tough cords pull down. This characteristic of fibrous cords and, fat deposits and muscle is what gives the skin an uneven surface or dimpling.

What our clients say?
Chanah will ask you to start drinking lots of water, take vitamin c and avoid sugar to make the Carboxy therapy work. It takes time to form a new habit so I would start doing this before starting the treatment or you might not see any results. Make sure you have a habit of drinking 2-3 litres of water per day, months before starting the treatment, that's my recommendation. Unfortunately I wasn't able to live up to this at first and didn't see much results, but as soon as this was a habit I could see cellulites disappearing. Cellulites are basically sugar and a lack of hydration. When it comes to stretch marks again I didn't see much results because those are even harder to get rid of than cellulites, but I'm hoping to maybe get back and try the treatments again when I have better eating and drinking habits. 50% of the treatment is nailing Chanah's advice which I've mentioned above. She's super friendly, professional and a delight to meet every time. Hope this info helps!
I practically never give reviews, but I have to say that Chanah is the loveliest person and deserves every praise! I have been doing Icoone with her and so far it has been the most wonderful experience. It really does work and if you have lymphatic problems that is the place to go to! Icoone stimulates the microcirculation, improves your skin texture and you feel so much lighter after the session. I highly recommend it! And special thanks to Chanah, who made every session so much more enjoyable! She really cares about each one of her patients and works hard to help you in any way possible!
Chanah is an exceptional professional!! She is always very careful with me and it is always a pleasure for me to be treated by her. I have the best time when I come to the clinic and her flexibility with my crazy schedule is out of this world. I would definitely recommend (and I have already done a number of times) Botaniqua to family and friends!
