    5 star review  Chanah will ask you to start drinking lots of water, take vitamin c and avoid sugar to make the Carboxy therapy work. It takes time to form a new habit so I would start doing this before starting the treatment or you might not see any results. Make sure you have a habit of drinking 2-3 litres of water per day, months before starting the treatment, that's my recommendation. Unfortunately I wasn't able to live up to this at first and didn't see much results, but as soon as this was a habit I could see cellulites disappearing. Cellulites are basically sugar and a lack of hydration. When it comes to stretch marks again I didn't see much results because those are even harder to get rid of than cellulites, but I'm hoping to maybe get back and try the treatments again when I have better eating and drinking habits. 50% of the treatment is nailing Chanah's advice which I've mentioned above. She's super friendly, professional and a delight to meet every time. Hope this info helps!
