Treatments with Botaniqua Clinic
Appointment Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation form, this document is 100% confidential and will be used for treatment purposes only.

Payment term

To secure your booking you will be require to provide a credit or debit card details – deposit is requite in advance or full payment for treatment.

Cancellations

Please be aware we operate 72 hours cancellation policy on treatment, otherwise you will be charged 50% within this time of the total treatment price and 100% later of fail to show. This payment will be automatically charged to the credit card details you provide at the time of booking. If you need to cancel due to medical reason the cancelation policy will be waived , however you will need to provide a doctors certificate within 10 days of the treatment day. Treatments

All treatments must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within the exact time, within 6 months and are not refundable. Missed appointments will be deducted from your course.

Purchase of Retail Product

Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.

Prepaid Courses of Treatments

Have a validity of 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Refund and Exchange

Product must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they where originally purchased. We will not accepted for exchange or refund any item, which has been used or is not in the same exact condition in which it was purchased from as. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only Monday to Thursday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against aesthetic treatments.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Smoking

Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

Medical Conditions

Please notify as on booking if you are pregnant so that we are able to adapt the treatment for you need. Please also inform your therapist of any medical condition prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Mobile Phones

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.

Children

Please understand that we can cannot accommodate children under 15 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

Hygiene

Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness.

Payment

Most credit and debit Cards are accepted, American Express, cash. All prices include value added tax at a current rate.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Courses at Botaniqua Cinic
T&C are between Botaniqua LTD and the Delegates.

In order to secure a place on our courses, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. This courses is only for doctors/ dentist we require your GMC registration number or nurse ,we require for your NMC registration number/. The remaining balance is required 4 weeks before the course commences.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the deposit being lost if we cannot transfer the place to another delegate. An administration fee will be charged for time taken to transfer the place of 100£.

In the instance that a course is fully booked with a waiting list delegates whishing to attend the course, any delegate whose balance payment for the course is overdue may lose their place to one of the people on the waiting list.

We add 1,5% charge too all credit card payments.

Cancellation of the reserved course is required in writing to email to Botaniqua LTD 5 weeks in advance of course start date.

If the delegate cancels course with notice as per above, the deposit will not be refunded but transferred to another course date and an admin fee of 50£ will be charged.

If a delegate cancels a course without giving the requite notice, part or all the payment may be lost. If a delegate calls in sick on the day, Botaniqua Training have lost the opportunity of filling their place and 50% of the fee will be lost. If it is a small course and is unable to go ahead due to the delegate cancellation, all fees paid will be lost.

If a delegate fails to turn up on the day, no refund or transfer to another course date will be made.

Payment plans must be completed / arranged 5 weeks before commencement of course.

It is a delegate responsibility, having referred relevant source of course information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirement. Botaniqua LTD is pleased to provide advice but will accept no liability in their event that the content of the course does not meet individual expectations.

It may be necessary for Botaniqua LTD to reschedule or cancel a course due to any unforeseen circumstances. If the reschedule dates of the course are not convenient, Botaniqua LTD liability will be limited to refund of the deposit or fees paid to date.

Botaniqua LTD reserves the right to alter the course venue/ location.

Botaniqua LTD reserves the right to decline the delegate.

All delegates are requited to observe and abide by all the policies regarding health and safety and any other regulation set out by Botaniqua LTD.

All delegate are covered insurance policy whilst training.

Delegates will only be certified once Botaniqua LTD have assessed that they can deliver the aesthetic treatment safely. If a delegate does not meet the standards for certification, a further training session will be arranged at an additional cost.

On successful completion of the course, delegate will be required to oblation their own indemnity insurance against malpractice. Details of insurance companies will be provided.

All delegate will be require a model for course. Models are charged at a discounted rate and will be informed of the cost prior t their deposit being taken.

The Terms and Conditions set out herein are a complete statement of the agreement between the course applicant and Botaniqua LTD Company and supersede all discussions, correspondence and representations made prior to the date of booking.

No course material, presentation slides or manuals may be reused , given out or sold without permission from Botaniqua LTD.

Payment must be completed before course date.

Please make us aware of any special dietary requirements a two weeks before the course commences.

Refund Policy

Our 5 working day cancellation policy allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment FREE of charge maximum 5 working days prior to the appointment date and time. Late cancelation will result in the loss of the booking fee.
How to obtain a refund
Send email to info@botaniqua.co.uk or call us confirming your name, surname, date of booking and time requesting to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will then make all necessary arrangements for your refund to reach you as soon as possible. Please note the refund may take up to of 14 days to complete.
